A Pause For Beauty

One ought every day at least to hear a little song, read a good poem, see a fine picture,
and if it were possible, to speak a few reasonable words.
- Goethe

. . .

Masters or angels or archangels —
the heavenly hosts who surround us.

We are all in the same boat in a stormy sea
and we owe each other a terrible loyalty.
- G.K. Chesterton

Controlling your breathing is the secret of many things including peace of mind. Indians, for example, concentrate on listening to themselves breathe. As they listen to their breath coming in and going out they are hearing the sound of God. Breathing is a way to meditate and get close to the spirit. Ten breaths will slow your mind, your metabolism, your heart rate, so you can get control and avoid making a dumb move or saying something stupid. Deep breathing gives you energy and makes you high.

You can divine energy into your lungs by deep breathing. Feel the beat of your heart. It is light. When you become conscious of the Master in your heart, your whole life changes. Your aura goes out and influences everything around you.

We must realize that there are entities called adepts or Masters or angels or archangels--the heavenly hosts--who surround us. They are attempting to help us by pouring out their energies and their knowledge and their wisdom. An angel is literally a messenger from God, trying to give messages to the human race through energies that we are able to receive into our consciousness by turning a dial on our interior radio set. We can turn the dial merely by thinking clearly.

Creative imagination is the way buildings get built. Another name for this is intuition. I listen to my intuition every time. The more you trust your intuition, the more you learn to believe the vibes you pick up are true, the sharper your machine becomes.

As soon as you can abandon your willpower and anxiousness and tune your mind to the inner self, you will gain a wonderful bullshit detector.
