Journaling Centers And Stills My Mind

I find a rock in my journals. Writing helps clarify my thoughts and thus my efforts. Journaling centers and stills my mind. Journaling is my way of mentoring myself. It has been a source of great comfort and guidance. At least quarterly I use my journals to review my goals and my progress toward those goals. I set goals for all areas of my life, not just business or finance. I set goals for my time with family and friends. I set goals for my health and physical fitness. Goals for continuous learning. Goals for community involvement.
